* Name: Min Suk Chung (PhD, MD)

Min Suk Chung is Professor in Department of Anatomy, Ajou University School of Medicine, Suwon, South Korea. He received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees from Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea. For his master’s and doctoral theses, he studied clinical anatomy by dissecting cadavers. After Ph.D. acquisition (1996), he became interested in virtual dissection and performed preliminary experiments for Visible Korean. By the financial support of Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information, he launched Visible Korean (2000) to improve quantity and quality of the initial Visible Human Project (1991). After completing novel instruments and technical development in his laboratory, Ajou University School of Medicine, he invited Chinese scientists to set up the Chinese Visible Human and Virtual Chinese Human (2002). He wishes, in the near future, to form a virtual image library capable of convenient and fast access for selecting images and downloading, which will include all data sets from the United States, Korea, and China. He also have been outlining the anatomical structures that will further contribute to medical learning and clinical practice.

1. 서울에서 전철로 가는 길

수원역에 내려서 택시를 타고 아주대병원으로 감.

수원역에 내려서 11-1, 46-1, 720, 720-2번 시내버스를 타고 아주대 정문에서 내려서 5분 걸음.

2. 서울에서 좌석버스로 가는 길

사당역에서 7000번 또는 7001번 좌석버스를 타고 (35분 걸림.) 아주대 정문에서 내려서 5분 걸음.

강남역 또는 양재역에서 3001번 또는 3007번 좌석버스를 타고 (40분 걸림.) 아주대 정문에서 내려서 5분 걸음.

잠실역에서 1007-1번 좌석버스를 타고 (50분 걸림.) 아주대 정문에서 내려서 5분 걸음.

3. 서울 쪽에서 승용차로 가는 길

경부고속도로의 신갈 분기점에서 영동고속도로(옛날: 신갈안산고속도로)의 안산 쪽으로 들어감.

영동고속도로의 동수원 정산소를 지난 다음에 (고가도로로 P턴을 해서) 좌회전해서 43번 국도로 들어감.

100 m를 직진해서 (월드컵경기장 팻말을 보고) 우회전함.

월드컵경기장을 지나자 마자 좌회전하고 아주대 앞으로 직진한 다음에 왼쪽의 아주대병원으로 들어감.

아주대병원의 뒤에 있는 의과대학 주변에 차를 세움.

4. 대전 쪽에서 승용차로 가는 길

경부고속도로의 수원 정산소를 지난 다음에 10시 방향으로 좌회전해서 42번 국도로 들어감.

6.5 km를 직진해서 남부경찰서 사거리에서 (법원, 아주대병원 방향의 팻말을 보고) 우회전함.

국립지리원 앞에서 좌회전하고 지하차도를 지난 다음에 오른쪽의 아주대병원으로 들어감.

아주대병원의 뒤에 있는 의과대학 주변에 차를 세움.
